Kri specializes in Basic & Surface Piercings, Dermal Anchors, Stretching/Tapering and more. Born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC., Kri owned the successful Evolution Piercing in Winston-Salem from 1993 -1999. Then the mountains and music scene brought him to Asheville and he’s been here ever since.
Professionally active in the body piercing / tattoo industry for over 17 years, Kri sincerely believes that some piercings are a rite of passage, a ritual that marks a change in a person’s social status, values and beliefs. Rites of passage are often ceremonies surrounding events such as childbirth, menarche or other milestones within puberty, coming of age, marriage, weddings, and death.
